Sign-On Bonus
$2,500 distributed weekly over 6 months
Referral Bonus
Once hired, each driver has the opportunity to earn a $3,000 referral bonus for each additional new driver they refer that becomes employed at EverGreen. The bonus is distributed over 180 days after the referred driver’s date of hire, plus an additional week of vacation. There’s no limit on the number of referrals that one driver can be responsible for!
CENTS-PER-MILE OPTION
Company drivers choosing our cents-per-mile (CPM) pay option qualify for the following benefits:
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- $1,000 Transition Pay
- Up to 61 CPM, Based on Verifiable Flatbed Experience
- Minimum Load Pay: $250.00
- Length of Service Pay
- 5 CPM in Bonus Pay
- Up to 4 CPM in Bonus Pay
- Driver-Friendly Freight
- Tarp Pay: $85/Regular Load | $100/Overlength Load
